Personality: Eoin is a pretty Jolly guy by nature, but is quick to change his disposition at the drop of a hat; some would even say he's bi-polar (HAW). On most occasions, life is set to a nice and easygoing pace, with problems being few and far between. Since he tends to approach everything with a sunny outlook, he has a habit of sometimes flat out ignoring the bad, making him look a tad Naïve, and when he DOES notice the bad, he usually acts on it quickly and without thinking, more often than not leading to him making a Hasty decision. All and all he's a very nice fellow, if just a tad overemotional.

History: Eoin was born near Snowpoint City in Sinnoh where the snowfall never seemed to stop. He led a happy life there with the other ice type kids doing what all normal kids do, you know, snowball fights, building igloos, making snowmen, creating hail storms, causing avalanches and riding them for laughs. The regular stuff! When he got a bit older however, he decided to go on a little journey to see the rest of the region, and when he did he came to a frightening realization: the world was in fact....NOT covered in snow. GASP! This was madness. Pure madness. How could anyone LIVE without snow and cold? Well, this had to be remedied. He now sought to find a warm and sunny place, somewhere where snow just shouldn't be, and bring a little winter wonderland to it! On his travels searching for somewhere ill fitting for winter weather, he met a pretty young lass named Pomona. She too wanted to explore the outside world, but she just couldn't stand warm weather. Luckily for her, Eoin had absolutely no problem with keeping things cool for her, and offered to let her travel with him. Now with a lovely new adventuring companion, Eoin set off again with renewed vigor (not that it had waned at all) to find a tropical paradise. Eventually, the two of them found themselves on Affection Atoll, one of the warmest, sunniest, tropicaliest places around. Having found their new home, the two set up shop together, and decided it was time to show the island community what it was like at the poles!

-The cafe that he and Pomona runs isn't only a cafe, but a hotspring to boot! The main store has two sections; one that's chilly and winter themed, so you can fully enjoy the warmth of your drink, and a regular side, where you can truly appreciate the chill of the icecream they serve. In the back is their small resort area, where those who've sat a little too long in their winter area, or just those who wish to relax, can sit down in a nice warm hotspring. Don't get any ideas though kids, they're sectioned off for men and women, heh. _{Of course there is that ONE smaller on in the very back, but that's reserved for special occasions. Hohoho, merry Christmas.}
